Better check what Kerry said when he was running for Pres. He's the one
who said it, not me. I don't give a flying leap whether he pays it or not.

What did he say about this subject, EXACTLY? You sound very sure of it, so
I assume you have a link to a source. Without a source, it's unlikely you
have an accurate memory of what he said.
