Ah, but the numbers must be fair if they are to pay their fair share.
Fairness is inherent within the concept of "fair share" and as such any
numbers denoting what is fair are certainly part of that concept. To suggest
that fair is anything and everything set forth in the law is not only naive,
but delusional.

So, yes, lets talk about what absolute number is fair because your assertion
of what defines a "fair share" is anything but.

But if you couldn't get the price down, you would ABSOLUTELY drive across
state lines to save the tax money. I know you would. You know you would.
You're a lousy dancer. Stop trying.

Just wait for next years budget proposal which also includes a proposal for
the largest single tax hike in US history.

Oh, and while we're on the subject of budgets, I recalled something the
other say, and a quick bit of research confirms my memory. People have been
sayinig the current deficits are all the fault of Bush because we are still
operating under the Bush budget....well that's not totally true. A
significant portion of the budget wasn't passed until Obama came to office
and he signed it as the 2010 omnibus appropriations bill. A $1.1 Trillion
dollar spending budget. Since the total budget in 2010 was $3.8 Trillion,
looks like Obama is responsible for about 1/3 of it, and it's related
deficit. Oh, and let's not forget that omnibus bill was loaded with
pork.....

Yeah. But I also never tell anyone they need to pay their taxes, either.
