He is still conflating Darpa the agency with DARPANET/ARPANET the
infrastructure.

He really does not see them as completely different things.

So I have to wonder, how does an infrastucture have projects?

He has to dismiss and minimize the fact he was wrong and it took him
so many posts to spot that there were 3 simple facts espoused each and
every time.

He claimed I didn't have a clue.
He claimed that the timeline was bullshit.
He claimed I didn't have a clue about ARPANET
He dissembled and snipped hoping to make it stop,

In the end all he could do was fold like and accordion and try to
minimize that fact he spent days literally denying 3 simple facts that
could have been verified by a 10 year old in 30 seconds and google.

Now that is a psychological pathology worthy of a journal paper.

Liar.

I know what DARPA is. I used to have to deal with them daily.
So, how in your syphlitic mind did you fancy I mixed up an agency with a
network? You probably didn't know what DARPA was until two days ago when
you had to Google it.
