I just takes stairs instead of elevators (healthier anyway), and don't go near windows in tall buildings. I don't plan on becoming a highrise window washer or anything of that sort so it's easy to avoid the vertigo. And bridges? If they're wide enough and I'm in my sportscar, I do fine. Lowslung, zip, and I've over the bridge. Easypeasy.
