I've never counted the house as an ATM. I know what it is worth and it
has no paper attached. I have considered that when I do decide to
retire I should sell it and build a new place up in Creswell on the
River.

BTW We came over your side of the hill when I was up there. We popped
over to Florence for lunch. I was the only one that had Scallops. I
was the only person puking for a day...

Ours is *almost* paid off. We have the capital do pay it off and plan to
do that in the next three years. Creswell is very nice.
