Deshutes Obsidian Stout and a plate full of fresh hand-cut cut french fries--add a tablspoon or so of vinegar /salt mix into the deep fyer a couple of times while they're cooking....the small amout of water in the potatoes and vinegar being converted to an oil / sodium acetate solution. yum yum gimmee more --
