So, how does abortion keep people who are posting to USENET from
walking the streets?

Maybe you could explain the phrase "in the general" and in what that
would indicate?

When you were 15, what was the name of the firm and their location.

In 1975 what were you and the end user using for communications and
how were you sending the blue prints via Arpanet. What kind of
hardware were you using?

Now, which node were you? I asked you and got one of your word salads
about blue prints.

See how well you can keep up, since you are obviously someone with an

computers let alone programming and repairing them.

No, that is a lie. You didn't even address section one of the 14th..
Complaining about drivers licenses is not addressing the 14th and the
protections it affords citizens against state laws.

Besides why did they change the law today if I was not right?

>
>Now, once again: according to the 14th amendment, it's unconstitutional to
>even ask you for a driver's license. What's so hard to understand about

Well, I wonder how many times I have to explain to you that no, a
drivers license is issued with the legal right of law enforcement to
demand you show it when operating a vehicle.

There is nothing germane about a drivers license. No matter how many
times you try to bring them up. Drivers license must be surrendered
upon demand in a traffic stop. The 14th does not apply because by
accepting the drivers license you waive those rights.

Now if you wish to continue looking ignorant you can keep whining
about drivers licenses,

>
>Now, you can rada rada rada all you want about "priviledge" and "state's
>rights" etc etc, but, according to what you posted for the 14th amendment,
>asking for a driver's license fits the mold. Looks like you understand
>Constitutional law about as well as you do everything else... <SNERK!>

Okay, so here it comes again, with links. The first one explains what
happens at a traffic stop. The second is an example of the state law
supporting the first. Would you like to look even stupider and pull
the ones for Arizona and Mass?

Here. I know it is all facty and true but you can muddle through
http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/article-29930.html
:Traffic stops. Another situation where answers to police questions are usually
: required is when drivers are stopped for suspected traffic violations. An officer
: has the right to demand personal identification -- usually a driver's license and
:the vehicle registration. A driver's refusal to supply the information elevates the
:situation to a more serious offense, for which the driver usually can be arrested.
:The simple refusal to answer questions is not a crime, but the refusal to supply
:identification, combined with the suspected commission of a traffic offense, is.

Now here is an example that is pretty much boilerplate in all states
(except Montana I think):
http://law.onecle.com/pennsylvania/vehicles/00.015.011.000.html
: 1511. Carrying and exhibiting driver's license on demand.
: (a) General rule.--Every licensee shall possess a driver's
: license issued to the licensee at all times when driving a motor
: vehicle and shall exhibit the license upon demand by a police
: officer, and when requested by the police officer the licensee
: shall write the licensee's name in the presence of the officer
: in order to provide identity.

Poor baby, that is all you have, feigned disinterest, the facts don't
go your way, feign disinterest. Get laughed at, feign disinterest.

Funny thing, you will be right back. You care so little you will not
