I don't know the details of what is discussed above, or what is true about who said what in this case, but I can see how sidewalks could have something to do with healthcare. Maybe this is just because I have been walking with people in wheelchairs, as well as just simply walking along roads with and without sidewalks. I suspect that BOTH their IQ's are far higher than most of the LIEbrawls in this newsgroup. GWB's is supposedly 130+ which, though substantially less than mine, is still a far lot higher than the average of 100, for LIEbrawls.
