That's not what Aratzio said. Read again. Specifically the words "since
the last time", indicating that Chuck Lysaght is in the habit of
claiming to "Leave Usenet Forever" every now and then but keeps coming
back.

I don't know the details of what is discussed above, or what is true
about who said what in this case, but I can see how sidewalks could have
something to do with healthcare. Maybe this is just because I have been
walking with people in wheelchairs, as well as just simply walking along
roads with and without sidewalks. Somebody who drives everywhere might
not get the point though. :-)

Indeed. Fish nets or not. I suspect that BOTH their IQ's are far higher
than most of the LIEbrawls in this newsgroup. GWB's is supposedly 130+
which, though substantially less than mine, is still a far lot higher than
the average of 100, for LIEbrawls.
