Perhaps you can ask the NHTSA, they issued the report. If you are asking
my opinion, the deaths were likely the result of blunt force trauma.

Do mean to say you believe the NHTSA was not telling the truth when it
reported that they had received complaints of 34 deaths? Why do you think
the NHTSA would do that?
