If Obama had to fight over universal healthcare tooth and nail, winning support for higher gas taxes would lead to riots on the streets or worse. All it takes is: 1- HIGHER GAS TAXES, 2- TAME TRAFFIC to make roads safe for other vehicles, 3- ALLOW BICYLES TO TAKE THE LANE, 4- IMPROVE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND FUND ALTERNATIVE VEHICLES with the money collected --not for wars!
