LATAs are basically the Area Code for the local area. Calls within your
LATA are usually toll-free, but crossing LATAs is usually a toll call.
I don't know how the UK system operates. All I know is that it's a sin to
have to pay a tax to watch the drivel on TV these days. Except for Keeping
Up Appearances, of course...

How would you apply your makeup and talk on the cell if you're busy
using the computer while driving..? I guess you would have to pull
over eventually.

Yes we do... God forbid we should be able to drive safely on the roads
instead of dodging morons on the cell phone or playing with their GPS,
DVD, and now computers? Yes, we're marxist who want to live past
