I dunno. I guess because they're alway sayin how everyone should pay his
fair share and are pointing at Republicans as trying to 'save the rich'?

They could always lead by example, but that's not going to happen anytime
soon.

That canard is over-used and bankrupt. No. We all follow the laws
the same. It would be a good thing for republicans if somebody else
foots the bills - that being your main focus as greed heads and
irresponsible members of our society.

I think that this is what you'd get from any administration. Just look
at our Parliament, they get generous tax free allowances, first class
travel, house in the constituency that they can do up at tax payers
expense then sell keeping all the profits and more perks besides. Us,
the great unwashed have to pay to buy that car to get to work, pay a lot
on fuel for that trip, pay taxes on our income, and taxes on everything
we buy. When there was a debate about whether we should be able to see
the expenses (which are from our taxes) they voted against it. Luckily
one of our major papers forced the issue with a freedom of information
request which we are allowed to do, (one of the perks of being in the
EU) they then started to publish the results, which were shocking and as
it was being drip fed day after day, the government of the day realised
that this would go on for long enough to see them thrown out at the
election so they opened the flood gates.

Of course it is! Look how many Democrats got caught not paying taxes in
just one week!
