I doubt that very much. In order for that last statement to be true, you

drops the ability of the US and Russia to only being able to kill
everyone 6 times over rather than 9 times over.

How about the previous SALT & START treaties? Did you have a problem
with them? Specifically what parts of those treaties are you against?
The current treaty replaces the one negotiated by Bush I, what faults
does the current treaty address and what does it fail to address.

Since he can't find that information on television, he won't be able to
answer your question. Can't you ask him something easier, like how many
