Starter running but not turning engine over on 96 camry Problem started with just a 'click' when the key was turned on. Tried jumping it off to no effect. Had the starter rebuilt and was told that the solenoid was bad. When the rebuilt started is put back on the car you can now hear the starter running but the engine is not turning over. How to remove engine oil sludge if you have it? Let's say that you discover engine sludge in your car for whatever reason (maybe you bought it used, maybe a relative you gave the car to didn't change the oil in 3 years...)
