Fortunately, it is probably not necessary to climb under the dashboard to
change the bulbs in the instrument cluster. If you look at the black
plastic surrounding the instrument cluster, you will probably see 2 or 4
Phillips head screws. Remove the screws, remove the black plastic, pull the
cluster to get to the bulbs. Probably takes less than 15 minutes.

I don't bother advising people of those kinds of things because if they live
in a cold climate, they already know.

Do you need to be reminded of this sort of stuff? Why do you think others
need to be reminded? Nobody is as goofy as you are, and you don't need the
reminder, surely they don't need it either.

I don't like conjecture and neither should you. But you'll say pretty much

One of them is burned out for a few years now, and makes it hard to read
the speedometer at night. I may as well get them all if it's this much
work.

I think there are 4 or 5 in the instrument panel.
