You mean responses are going to "NaiveOne(a)MyFriendlyPhoneCo.gov"? I
rather think that there is no such email address especially with a
..gov extension. My apologies if this is a problem. I've changed the
"reply to" to the default whatever that is. If you have anything else
you'd like me to change please tell me exactly which item.

Off, at least on mine.

IIRC it has diagonal lines on it and something that could be a
headlight. If driving lights are like fog lights (just not yellow) I
don't have them on the car.

Obviously I haven't done my homework here. Yes, there's something
written on them/it but I'll have to investigate tomorrow to say what
it is.

Definitely a rocker switch. Lines are somewhat diagonal IIRC and
there's indeed a parabola or headlight. See my other reply.

In my own defence (or excuse for not finding out this info in advance)
I thought you'd all be able to ID these items just by position. I
certainly could have on my previous car, not that it had any of this
type of stuff.

Ah, now that's good info. I'll try that. I've also found out that
locking the driver's door from outside locks all the other doors.

UGH! An MR2 with an AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION?!?!?!

The point is that with your "Reply To" set to a fake (or real) email
address, replies will not end up in this group.

And you did it again. I had to fix it.

Go back and reset your Forte Agent to its default settings.

This is how your "short form" headers appear to me (and Hachi apparently):
Subject: Re: Scion -- What do some switches do?
From: NaiveOne(a)MyFriendlyPhoneCo.gov
Newsgroups: alt.autos.toyota
Followup-To: NaiveOne(a)MyFriendlyPhoneCo.gov

See your "Followup-To"? That's the problem (I was absent-mindedly calling
it "Reply To").

"Followup-To" is not meant to echo to your email address. The "Followup-
To" will override any other destination you put.

"Followup-To" is meant for messages with many crossposts. It is meant to
redirect any further replies towards a group that the Followup-setter
thinks is best for that thread. It's normally used to kick OT threads out
of groups where they are not desired.

With the settings you've chosen, I have to remove your email address and
manually type in "alt.autos.toyota" in order for my messages to be received
by this group.

Just leave "Followup-To" blank (the default setting) and all will be well.
