Measure O2 sensor voltage.

Go to autozone.com, input your vehicle, and go to vehicle repair guides for
the procedure and proper voltage ranges. The correct voltage range depends
on whether you have Bosch or Siemens-NGK sensors. Look in the "Engine
Performance and Emissions Controls" section, then in the "Components &
Systems" section, then scroll down to "Oxygen Sensor 1."
