It's a mistake to use ANY entertainer/comedian to represent an organization
as important as the NRA. Almost as big a mistake as having a senile actor as
its figurehead, while handling a firearm in a manner which violates the
first of the NRA's own gun safety rules.

I give the NRA money every year, by the way.

Oh boy. I'm sure it made Jeff's day to have your support once again.

Yes, Beck is an entertainer with an advocacy for the Constitution. Whatever
Beck is, you still haven't answered why you think the NRA has hacked its arm
off.

Whatever Mike has said is far more intelligent than what you have said.

That's absurd.

If you spend some time (like a year) watching gun discussion groups (which
you won't do), you'll find quite a few NRA members who are unhappy with the
organization's tendency to use sensational spokesmen. But I suppose the NRA
is just a microcosm of America, where a boring, literate message simply
doesn't hold people's attention.
