I don't know what "libs and greenies" are (presumably a regulatory
agency), but the reason nuclear generators are so expensive is due to
the waste involved and the hazards of moving that waste. There are
many evil bastards in YouTube trying to defraud people with the "HOH"
scam, claiming the process will save money in gasoline costs--- but
mostly the scam is for "investors" to buy into the scam.

Perhaps "clean coal" is the way to go at the moment, for the next 40
or 50 years.
From: Fuller Wrath on
nuclear is the joke and fraud of the century. Totally subsidized by the
public, completely toxic, outrageously expensive. Only a pawn or shill for
GE and the nuke lobby would try to extol its "values"

Er, corndogs and book shelves are also "subsidized by the public:"
it's called "capitalism."

The topic of this article thread is the HOH scam, not atomic power
plants.
