That was Sugarman's book. He was about 14 when he got hooked up with Jim
and the band just took a liking to him.

Ah, yes! I keep thinking the loose seat belts in cars now,. I hate em. If
I'm going to be strapped in I want to be strapped in!

I gave up on motorcycles a long time ago. Too many people on the road that
either don't see you or don't care. After a ride one Sunday (Orange bike,
Yamaha RD400 with the light on...) I almost got hit 5 times, I put For
Sale on the RD and bought a DT250 (on/off road...mostly OFF!)

I mean a Mountain bike and an old Fuji I found behind a store and reworked
into a decent bicycle.

But not cliched. I won't play Lynyrd Skynyrd anymore (even with someone
yelling out FREEBIRD!!!) but we're working up some Doors songs. A
shortened version of LA Woman, we're going to try People Are Strange and
see if people like it, and the main part of the Soft Parade.

We once played Light My Fire in 3:30, full version with the keyboard solo
and all...

The lamer had to look up another word used in reference to himself and
then tried to use it, failing again.

Boy did you call that one. I bought a used LE1700 for around $850
since part of the deal was a in a trade. BTW when the LE1700s were
new they sold for over $2000.
