That's your standard comment when you've completely lost track of what you
were saying in the actual discussion.

I never said anything of the sort. Obama DID give out new leases, but I'm
pretty sure none of them are active drill sites yet. That issue -- Obama
giving leases to other countries -- is not related to this issue at all.

And the monkey and his football have taken yet another odd bounce. You
really need to back away from the crack pipe.

I'm making it the issue right NOW. Do you believe that Obama is somehow
responsible for other countries being able to drill in areas where we are
not drilling now?

Yes or no?

Is Obama connected?

You're really rude. You never thank your "daddy" from Texas for all the help
he gives you.

Say thank you to your daddy from Texas.

As the monkey and his football bounce in yet another direction ...

No, I would not say that at all.

It's ugly, no question of that. But everybody is trying to figure out what
happened and how to fix it. There are multible facets to this problem, one
of them that should be higher on the list than it appears to be is
preventing the mess from making landfall.

If you are going to thump your chest that Bush should have done more faster
when Katrina came to visit, then you should be thumping your chest just as
vigourously that Obama's' job in this disaster is to keep the mess from
making landfall. To the extent that the oil is making landfall, Obama & Co.
have not done their job. They had at least a week to coral this mess, but
three weeks later the mess is still growing and making landfall further and
further away.

This isn't the only facet of the disaster, but it's one, and it's perhaps
the most important facet that The Administration should be addressing now.
As far as I can see, the Administration is sitting on it's hands.
