If you look at the header, the fishermen on the coast have a plan and have
asked for the ACOE to step in. So far, they are being ignored.
What I think about it is irrelevant.

Materially, your opinion is useless. But since you keep making claims about
who's doing a great job or not, your opinion matters HERE. If you disagree,
than logically you have no choice but to stop expressing an opinion HERE.
