Gore doesn't worry me as much as the war and all the waste created by
the Republicans. I still think we would have been better with Gore.

Do you know what it said?

They wanted to put the screws to the US and other developed industrialized
nations, while allowing "emerging" nations to run open loop.

It would have killed manufacturing in the US and Germany for example in
favor of China and India.

The latest 'agreement' was to call for China to start clamping down, and
of course, they balked.
