Arizona Violent crime is down 12% state wide since 2002.
Pima County, right on the border, Violent Crime is down 15.4% in the
same time.

Yet, law and order Sheriff Joe Arpiao has allowed Violent Crime in his
jurisdiction to rise 58%.

So, in which county would you rather live, Pima where Sheriff Dupnik
does his job protecting the citizens or Maricopa Country where Sheriff
Arpiao would rather hold a press conference about pink underwear han
actually do his job and protect the citizens of Maricopa County.

(Not that I would live in either one of those ovens...)

Let's cover that again,

http://www.azdps.gov/About/Reports/Crime_In_Arizona/
Number of violent crimes in each Sheriffs Jurisdiction:

Maricopa County 2009: 992
Maricopa County 2008: 1018
Maricopa County 2007: 989
Maricopa County 2006: 850
Maricopa County 2005: 176 (not fully reported in 2005)
Maricopa County 2004: 585
Maricopa County 2003: 611
Maricopa County 2002: 628

((992-628)/628)=57.9% <- Maricopa Violent Crime up 58%

Pima County 2009: 635
Pima County 2008: 674
Pima County 2007: 606
Pima County 2006: 783
Pima County 2005: 768
Pima County 2004: 730
Pima County 2003: 799
Pima County 2002: 751

((635-751)/751)= -15.4% <- Pima County Violent Crime down 15%

So, why would anyone listen to Sheriff Arpiao when it comes to
enforcement of anything?

Well, if you favor enforcement of immigration law over violent crime
then I guess he is your guy.

Your hero is shown to be a failure you have to resort to ad hominem.

You are pathetic.

Sheriff Joe did, and he claimed he did it without any protection. But
as usual, he lied, as was proved when a local newspaper found the time
cards for the SWAT team members who were stationed next to him during
his stay. Years later, Mighty Sheriff Joe had the publishers of that
newspaper arrested for spite.

1) Please provide _evidence_ to back up that claim; and,

And naturally you can support that claim with a reliable cite ...
