That would obviously work better than what Sheriff Ariao is doing.

Violent Crime in his jurisdiction went up 58% in just 8 years when in
almost every other jurisdiction in Arizona Violent Crime was dow.
Statewide it declined 12% in the same period.

So, yeah, you plan would be better for at least Maricopa County. Sure
as hell couldn't get worse.
