Yeah. I owned a Jetta. I'll take the Tercel! ;)

The GTi is an AWESOME car, I will admit. the first one I saw was in 1981
when working at a place in CT. Some guy had brought it back from Germany
with him when he was stationed there. I had heard about them in the car
mags, but at that time they were not officially imported to the US.

However, I like the AWD Tercel for practical (ie...living in New England)
purposes. Besides, I had the GT-S.

The GTI did well for me in snow even though wearing performance tires, The
'91 Passat, on the other hand, couldn't move in snow without snows.

Probably going to pull the trigger tomorrow on a deal for a new vehicle.
Both Traverse's. One has AWD, Captain's chairs in the middle, and backup
camera. The other finalist has the same 1LT trim level as the first, but
with leather, towing package, FWD.

The two are at different dealers and cost is within $50 of each other.

Around here, you are hard pressed to find a Rav4 to test drive and dealing a
discount doesn't get you very far either.

Know anyone interested in a '02 Rav? I know of one with low miles, good
condition for sale.
