Have 1999 Toyota Sienna -- the two 12 volt auxiliary outlets are dead
(even though the actual cigarette lighter works, the other two outlets
do not). I checked the 3 fuses in the box under the hood (5a, 10a,
10a) and they are good. Where is the fuse for these two outlets?

Did you check the fuse box under the driver's side of the dashboard?
