From the description:

Our Inspection: We found that the rear windows wiper does not function,
that there is an engine oil leak, a power steering leak, and a
transmission leak, and that the radio antenna does not work. We recommend
also that a 160,000 mile major service be performed to inspect all fluids.
All four tires measure 8/32..s (70% life remaining) and the brake pads
measure over 6mm (60% life remaining).

Engine oil leak, power steering leak, and a trnasmission leak and antenna
doesn't work...

GEE, WHAT A SURPRISE!!!!!

These cars are seives! EVERTHING leaks! I just keep adding oil and trans
fluid and power steering fluid.

I am thinking of foregoing the head gasket this year and just pulling the
engine and fitting new crank bearings, etc. Unless there is a way to do
this without rmoving the head again...
