Also, check for the fusible links. Depending on what type, they are either a piece of wire, or something that looks like an oversized fuse.

I took the cover off the fuse box and there's a diagram inside of the fuses but I can't figure out what the labels mean. Here is what's listed. Can someone identify the ignition fuse of me? Also, here's what I'm dealing with. Again, 1 1994 Toyota Camry LE, 4 cylinder. It's my Mother-in-laws car. She had to stop driving back in November because of her age and infirmities. After a month of sitting in the driveway, we went to move the car and the battery was dead. The car was jump started and let run a for just a few minutes then turned off. When I went to start it again, the battery was dead again. This was a couple of months later. I tried several times to jump it, with a new battery and also with a battery jump pack from a service station. No luck. Yesterday, I broke down and had a tow truck come to try and jump it figuring they could get it going. No luck. When I turned the key with the jump hooked up, there was no clicking, no lights, no nothing. I had the car towede onto the street to get it out of the driveway. The truck operator mentioned this ignition fuse, so I'm trying to find it and check it. That's the deal. Here are the fuses that are listed: alt abs efi st spa efi horn obd trac haz dome headh headrh horn alt-s am2 ecu-b spa spa tel main head eng main fr-def rdi fan no.1 cds fr-def There's also another box mounted which had only three large blco fuses. The cover of the box says fuse/relay. I'd appreciate any help. I'd like to get this car started as I have a potentiol buyer for it.

Also, have a look at the driver's side kick panel, or on the dash in the area of the driver's left knee. There should be another fuse block there. Try Googling the OM. It sounds like you don't have one, and there is a much better description of the fuses in the back. You may be able to find a copy on line.

I looked up fuses in th eindex and found two pages, but neither had diagrams. That;'s what I was looking for. I see two fuses mentioned besides ignition. Starter system, a 10A fuse, and starting system, a 40A fuse. I'll check them out but any idea what they would be?
