In 2012 George Bush, Queen Elizabeth, and Vladimir Putin all die in a plane
crash and go to heaven.

While there, they see a red phone and ask what the phone is for. Saint
Peter tells them it is for them to make one last call back to Earth.

Putin asks to call Russia. When he is finished he asks Saint Peter how
much he owes, he informs him that there is no charge. Since Russia has
turned to Capitalism, which got him to heaven, phone calls to Russia are
free.

Next Queen Elizabeth calls England. When she is finished Saint Peter
informs her it will cost her 60 Pounds. Why do I have to pay 60 Pounds if
calls are free? Saint Peter says while the call is free there is a tax on
every phone call in England to help pay for their "free" healthcare. She
writes him a check.

Finally George Bush gets his turn. When he is finished the Saint Peter
informs him that the cost is $5,000. When Bush asks why if phone calls are
free? Saint Peter replies: "Local calls are free, but since Obama and the
Democrats took over, the country and the value of the dollar have gone to
hell and it is now a long distance call."
