I've been wondering why the older Corollas were not included.
I thought they all used basically the same system. But maybe
the ones on the 2003-2008 series were Denso built..
I don't know. I tried looking at mine "2005" , and couldn't see any
markings from my view under the dash, except for on the module/
potentiometer thing that the pedal connects to. On mine, it just
said "Toyota". No Denso or CTS markings.
I've been wondering exactly what the problem is supposed to be,
and the only source I've seen that seemed to have a clue said
they think it's a problem caused in part by condensation.
Also something about it binding up. But I forgot what all they said.
I'd have to find the article again.

Oh well.. I've never had a throttle glitch on mine.. Bang on wood..
But if it does, at least I have enough sense to throw it in
neutral.. :/
I do know that even though mine is a NUMMI Corolla, most of the
parts on it seem to be Denso. It was actually built in 2004 according
to the door tag.

VIN beginning with J is OK (hey, that rhymes!)

Denial is a river as well.

The J's are made in Japan. But I haven't seen a corolla with a J in a
while here in the states. Did you find one..? Doesn't really matter.
It'll sit for a while anyway..

Is that in the state of Confusion? I've never been down that river
yet..
Any good rapids to run?
