What is the citation for the peer-reviewed article? I mean the actual

Regardless of whether or not Bush and Cheney should be prosecuted or
Obama is a dud, a testable claim was made: There was a peer-reviewed
article. I would like to read the article, but didn't find it.

Besides, one's belief on how well Obama is doing has nothing to do with
whether or not there is a conspiracy around 9/11.
