All she is doing is saying what she thinks everyone wants to hear. She is posing as a centrist, middle of the roader, whatever. But in reality, she will be a far left Obama clone on the court. She is a total sham, and yes, it's an ugly dog and pony show. I have no use for her just for her attitudes on the 2nd amendment. If she had her way, which will mirror the thoughts of the gifted one, 2A would go away never to be heard from again. She was one of Clintons flunkies the last time they tried to make a 2A grab. And we all know where that got him.. :/

The language that the court used to affirm the 2nd dates back to post-Civil War era when it was attempted to keep blacks from owning guns, and the court said that if a black can't protect his family in his home, then who can? I think the anti-gun crowd was dealt a crushing defeat for the next many yers. Cities and States have a reasonable (in my opinion) need to prevent violent ex-felons from being able to own guns, and such legislation would have to define very narrowly those that are not allowed. I think we need faster prosecution of gun crimes, and I favor the Death Penalty for gun crime perps.

Buy all the guns you want. Soon the manufacturers will be charging an arm and a leg for the bullets. It's like giving heroin away, soon you'll be knocking old ladies down in the street to get a few bucks to buy a hit.
