Yes. Out of 4 speeds I'm getting the highest 2. I've been through
this with a couple Nissan pickups and I'm assuming similar symptoms
means it's the same issue.

Yup, loss of lower fan speeds is usually in indication of a resistor
problem.

The smallest/thinnest coils control the lowest speeds (the most
resistance). Since they're small, they corrode and break first.
