By that I mean where is it located in the car?

Blower motor resistor packs are usually located right by the blower, where
air from the blower passes over the resistors so that is where I would start
looking.

If you cannot see the blower from underneath the passenger side of the
dashboard, try removing the glove box to gain access.

The resistors are mounted in a resistor pack.

Are you getting just high speed on the fan?

Yes. Out of 4 speeds I'm getting the highest 2. I've been through
this with a couple Nissan pickups and I'm assuming similar symptoms
means it's the same issue.
