What piqued my curiousity was hearing a click and a slight slowing of the
engine, then it comes up in speed again. I thought; All that, from turning
the fan from off to low???

That is normal for a vehicle with a relatively small engine, where idle
speed is set as low as possible to maximize fuel economy.

When I wore a skirt and stood over the grate, they assigned a parole
officer.
