Good thing for SUVs is that they climb over vehicles instead of
bumping them. If an occupant is inside though they rather aim at the
head.

Looks like a typical example of unintended acceleration. (Hitting the
accelerator instead of the brake.) Then disappearing before the owners
of the damaged cars found out.
