I don't know the specifics of a Tacoma but the PCV valve is always
between the valve cover and the intake manifold. It typically is
screwed into the intake manifold. Look at the valve cover. There
will be two rubber hoses coming out of it. One goes to the air intake
housing. The other one goes to the PCV valve. Trace that latter hose
back from the valve cover and you'll find the PCV valve. Good luck.
