OK, once again, to read this or any WSJ subscriber only article, just
copy the headline which in this case is "Toyota Alters Car Development"
paste it in google and click search, when the article comes up in google
search results just click on it and you will be able to read the
complete article with or without a subscription.

Not applicable. If someone submits a link for review they should also
provide the means to review it. I don't think I should I have to
subscribe to WSJ or go hunting through a search engine to find what
someone else wants me to read.

Sorry 'bout that guy. However, that's Rupert Murdock's policy (pay to
play) not mine. Newscorp's profits, like most of Toyota's are not taxed
in the U.S. --sort of a double whammy.

Probably time that this country got tough with foreign corporations.
