Horn doesn't work
The horn on my 1996 Corona has stopped working. So far have checked and verified the following. 1. The horn works when supplied with power 2. The fuse is ok 3. There is power to the relay 4. I have an '85 Celica with a busted A40D. I have the rebuild kit already and the ATSG manual to fix it. I don't have the special service tools though.
