Whether you agree with the claims or not, I think most people would
agree that the Toyota web page devoted to the recent recalls is very
well done. THey have done a first rate job of explaining things
(videos, FAQs, etc.).

you're at your very best here ed. direct criticism of course might lead
to quality legislation which your client would find financially
disastrous. especially if they had to start using their taxpayer
bailout dollars to buy american, not chinese componentry. shame they
weren't smart enough to think about that before they started pointing
the artillery at their own retarded rear ends.
