I have a this 2003 RV4. The doors will lock with the remote and the inside switches inside the car but will not unlock with either one. Has anyone had this trouble and if so where is the best place to starting for the trouble. Thanks

Are you sure they don't unlock? With my car (Hyundai Elantra) if you
unlock with the remote, they only stay unlocked for about 20 seconds and
then relock. This is mentioned in the owner's manual.

As Mike mentioned, the power locks in some Toyota re-lock after a while if
one of the doors is not opened.

If the remote and both of the inside switches including the switch on the
passenger door do not unlock the power door locks, check the master switch
in the driver's door. You will need an electrical wiring diagram and
multi-meter to properly diagnose the switch. The factory electrical wiring
diagram is available at www.techinfo.toyota.com for a daily fee.
