What is the target tire pressure on a 1997 Toyota Previa with Pirelli
P215/65 R15 95T tires installed?

How often should we be verifying the pressure?

For a 1993 Previa with that tire size, the recommended cold tire inflation
pressure is 35 PSI front and rear. I would imagine that the same applies
for a 1997 Previa. You can confirm by checking your owner's manual or the
sticker that is either on he driver's door frame or glove box door.

If you would like to extend tire life and improve fuel economy at the
expense of a slightly harsher ride and slightly less traction, increase cold
tire pressure by 3 to 5 psi.
