That's what it's all about! I'm hoping. When I was reassembling the alt, I heard a metallic clicking noise. Nothing was loose. Not sure if it's some kind of switch or relay, but the next two starts were ok. Then the third one...lights on. I have another alternator I can scavange parts from, so at least for testing I'm good. Car goes off the road the end of next month...maybe this month. |
