Either when the ACOE approves them (they have to do an Environmental
Impact Study, of course) or Obungler gets off his hands and DOES
SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's too tied up now crowing about creating 5,000 jobs (in the face of
125,000 lost last month) and worrying how he can get the illegal Mexican
vote.

If he could come up with something other than the same plan Bush had, maybe
his job would be easier.

Bush is out of the picture. Forget about it already..

The FACT is at least three countries with expertise at oil spills offered
assistance, and Obungler turned them down. Check Google. Even one foreign
official said publicly "they told us thanks, but no thanks".

Why did the Obama administration turn the offers down (on the third day of
the spill)?

And the cleanup was botched by Obama. Bush had nothing to do with it.
