I've seen a Toyota 2000 at a major show - only a couple in North
America, as well as several early Corollas and Celicas. I've also seen
a very nice blue UP7 (known as the 7-up) - precursor to the Starlet
(KP Series) of the early 80s at a local show.

Lots of Datsun 240Z and 510 cars at any show with a motorsport theme.
Also at any "import" or "sports car" show.

You just don't get out enough Mike.
