In the past 50 years I have yet to see one paper that supports anthropogenic global warming. Sure I have seen plenty of papers parroting the possible effects of global warming which does not happen and is not happening. Indeed Waxy Wexy Ryan get on your horse and try to find some proof of what you say. When you fail, and you will, come back and apologize to all you have insulted. There are three types of people that you can_not_talk_into_behaving_well. The stupid, the religious fanatic, and the evil. 1- The stupid aren't smart enough to follow the logic of what you say. You have to tell them what is right in very simple terms. If they do not agree, you will never be able to change their mind. 2- The religious fanatic: If what you say goes against their religious belief, they will cling to that belief even if it means their death. 3- There is no way to reform evil- not in a million years. There is no way to convince the anthropogenic_global_warming_alarmists, the terrorists, serial killers, paedophiles, and predators to change their evil ways, They knew what they were doing was wrong, but knowledge didn't stop them. It only made them more careful in how they went about performing their evil deeds.

Was the entire earth and universe created about 6000 years ago and dinosaur fossils and bones were planted by the devil? How about all the galaxies outside of our own that are hundreds and thousands and hundreds of thousand light years away, do they exist? Is god punishing the south with hurricanes and this disaster of an oil spill because he is displeased with their collected stupidity and un- christian beliefs and actions? What religion does god belong to?

Google climate change and see what comes up -- thousands of scientists concerned about it, while a few oil industry hacks deny it. While you're at it, perhaps you can explain why in the hell any human being (excluding oil men and their friends) would object to making the air and water cleaner, averting disasters like the current horrendous situation in the Gulf, and making the United States energy independent. Of course if you actually hate America and its people, you'll want us to stay energy dependent and you really enjoy disasters like the current gulf catastrophe.

Try looking up coal. That is what produces the most electricity in the US, and hardly any is imported. Pretty much all of the pollutants can be scrubbed out of the stack gasses. It can also be used to heat homes and to produce liquid fuels for transportation. There are a lot of coal miners making their living in the US. Most solar cells and windmills are produced outside the US, and we are no where near the top of the list when it comes to producing uranium for nuclear reactors. So are you ok with coal?

You put coal in your car? In your truck? In a diesel train? We could produce plenty of uranium for nucelar reactors if we wanted. We invented the process; we know how to do it. The problem is that we don't have enough nuclear power plants.
