Hello,

Are Toyota dealerships "allowed" to sell new cars now, if they do all
the fixes, or are they still formally obligated to fix already sold
units and no new ones (yet) ?

Not sure. If the cars are on dealer's lots, and they aren't overwhelmed
by customers coming in for recalls, then they are certainly working on
cars in the meantime.

Inventory costs MONEY and is taxable, so I'm sure the dealers want them
off the lots ASAP.
