From: Cliff on 9 Jun 2010 12:14 [ With oil still gushing into the Gulf of Mexico, you know what the Senate is going to vote on tomorrow? A bill that would, among other terrible things, block President Obama's efforts to make our cars use less gas. That's right. They're not voting on a bill to help the Gulf Coast clean up. They haven't found time for clean energy legislation. Instead, they're voting on a bill that would increase our dependence on oil, written by Alaska Republican Lisa Murkowski, one of Big Oil's favorite senators. ]

If any politician or leader from any country goes against any oil company they will be assassinated. Way back when BP/Amoco was theAnglo-Persian Oil Company, they got Eisenhower to task the CIA to stage a coup in Iran and assassinated the first democratically elected leader in Iran. Why? Oil.
