I did just the gear oil alone and it was *horrible*!

We went around here, in rec. and a supra forum and everyone said add the
additive.

It ran horribly! The rear end shuddered badly. I didn't make it one mile,
turned around and added the LSD additive.

I think I used Castrol gear oil, and the GM additive.

I don't recall hearing any complaints with the factory fill, so I'm guessing
that the refills are the problem. I'd check with the dealership to see what
they use.
